is a cultural worker and multidisciplinary artist based in Las Vegas, NV making spaces and fiber objects as a lens of finding home for the soul. Some subjects previously explored range from the murmurating behaviors amongst animals as a performance piece. To then dream up urban spaces for contemplation on the relationship between nature, the land, and how we adorn our bodies. They are a current member of the Scrambled Eggs Collective, organizing mutual aid events and redistributing art supplies across the community. When they aren’t making art you’ll find them traveling the world with one backpack and a listening ear to the Earth.
Recently they were selected for the Desert Companion’s
“2022 Ones to Watch”
and have received grants from the NV Arts Council. In their past life, Hue has worked as a freelance designer for fashion companies like Adam Selman, Savage x FENTY, Thom Browne, and Werkstatt NYC.
